Rock Overdose - News - FORTRESS UNDER SIEGE - "Promo"-review
Απο το 1998 εμειναν ανενεργοι και επανασχηματιστηκαν το 2009 και εχουν ηδη ετοιμο το πρωτο ολοκληρωμενο CD.
Εδω εχουμε ενα promo με 3 τραγουδια που κινουνται στο χωρο του prog power metal.Αν κρινουμε απο αυτο το δειγμα,τοτε εχουμε να περιμενουμε ομορφα πραγματα οταν βγει ο δισκος και αυτο γιατι τα παιδια εχουν συνθεσει τρια πολυ δυνατα τραγουδια ,που ακουμπανε εξισσου στο prog οσο και στο παραδοσιακο metal.
Η δομη των τραγουδιων ειναι πολυ καλα δουλεμενη,η μεταβαση απο τα πιο mid tempo σημεια στα γρηγορα γινεται ιδανικα,τα riffs και οι κιθαριστικες μελωδιες ειναι διασπαρτες παντου και η ενεργεια ειναι αφθονη σε ολα τα κομματια.
Το οτι εχουν μεγαλωσει με το metal των 80s ειναι εμφανες,ακουστε το " Deeds Of All Disgrace" και σιγουρα θα ερθουν στο μυαλο σας στοιχεια απο MANILLA ROAD...οπως και στο "Gods Of War" οπου και στα δυο αυτα κομματια φλερταρουν εντονα ακομα και με το epic metal.
Eυελπιστωντας οτι οταν ακουσουμε το ολοκληρωμενο album,θα μας επιφυλλασουν ακομα πιο ωραια πραγματα,για την ωρα περιοριζομαστε σε αυτες τις 3 αξιολογοτατες συνθεσεις.

Ελληνικο προιον οι FORTRESS UNDER SIEGE και με παρουσια 18 χρονων.Σχηματιστηκαν αρχικα το 1992 και το 1996 κυκλοφορησαν το oμοτιτλο mini CD.

Promo 2010 Is Revealed
Promo 2010, is now issued in cd format and available only for interested record labels.
The promo includes three tracks, out of the ten tracks that comprises our new album.
Track titles are "Deeds Of All Disgrace", "My Foulest Sin" and "Gods Of War".
We also want to invite interested magazines, fanzines and webzines to ask for a copy of their digital version of our promo for presentations.
We are also available for interviews.

Finally everything is going as scheduled!
Recording and mixing of Fortress Under Siege new full length album is finished and within the next few days the band will upload a short medley to give you an impression of their new work.
The medley will be uploaded at myspace and ReverbNation. Be aware!
Soon the band will start spreading their promos in order to attract record label on releasing the new material.

New Album Information Update #1
Fortress Under Siege are now at the final stage of mixing of their new album. The album will be ready during September 2010 and after that the band will search for a record label willing to release it. Some indicative song names might be: "Deeds Of All Disgrace", "The Mortal Flesh Of Love", "Gods Of War", "Alexander", "Last Temptation" and "Night Caress"...
